Water management for companies with proprietary technology
T&D designs the devices, telemetry and data intelligence behind every one of our solutions. The reduction in water consumption and in the water bill comes from that system working inside your operation.
-
Main solution
SEA 360º, T&D’s Water Savings System
SEA 360º takes on the operation’s water management on an ongoing basis.
-
Implementation
In implementation, it standardises every consumption point with proprietary technology, finds and fixes leaks and sets the baseline under the international IPMVP protocol.
-
Ongoing Management
In ongoing management, it sustains efficiency with monthly technical visits, consumption monitoring, bill audits and monthly reports on financial results and ESG indicators.
-
Complementary solutions
Each solution meets a different need of the operation, and they can be combined. The assessment shows where to start.
-
TDRR | Remote monitoring
24-hour telemetry on tanks, pumps and consumption, with immediate alerts for leaks, failures and out-of-pattern variations. Recommended for operations where a lack of water represents a risk.
-
Tariff consulting | Correcting the water utility’s billing
Brings fairness to your operation’s water billing by correcting the tariff classification applied by the water utility. Run entirely by T&D.
-
GCI | Individual Consumption Management
Per-unit metering for properties with several occupants. Every reading is recorded, and the reports show how much each unit consumed.
-
Electronic leak detection | Locating hidden leaks
Geophone surveys, thermography and hydro-pneumatic testing to find leaks in concealed pipework, without breaking walls. Recommended when the leak already exists and needs to be located and fixed quickly.
-
TD Edge / FluvieX | Image-based water meter monitoring
Water meter readings processed by artificial intelligence, in two modes: TD Edge, with a photo sent by a member of staff at the site, or FluvieX, with a device that captures and sends the reading on its own, without depending on anyone. Daily reports and alerts for out-of-pattern consumption in both.
-
HydroDesk
For companies that want to run their own water management. The company buys the equipment, its team is trained and T&D provides remote strategic support.

One technology base, applied to different needs
Every T&D solution starts from the same principle: measure consumption precisely, understand how each point of the operation behaves and act on what the data shows. Sensors and telemetry track tanks, pumps and water meters in real time. The platform cross-checks those readings against the site’s history and points to where consumption departs from the norm, often before it reaches the bill.
The devices used in the process are also developed by T&D as proprietary technology. That way, hardware, software and analysis work as a single system. And the team that interprets the data is the same one that knows the equipment inside out.
How the savings are proven
A water efficiency result is only worth something to a company if it can be audited. That is why T&D measures savings under the international IPMVP protocol. The statistical baseline is built from the site’s consumption history and adjusted by multivariate regression, taking into account the variables that influence consumption in each operation.
The figure that reaches the report shows what the technology actually changed.
Water management for different sectors
The same technology adapts to very different consumption profiles. A hospital runs 24 hours a day and cannot have its supply interrupted. A retail chain needs to compare dozens of stores by the same yardstick, and a hotel deals with occupancy that changes every week. In all these cases, the work starts with the operation’s own data.
Testimonials
What our clients say
I am pleased with the monitoring system and with SEA, which have brought cost reductions and operational gains to the hospital, warning us about possible leaks and keeping water consumption under control. Thank you for the partnership!

As clients, we contribute suggestions to the system, strengthening a successful partnership with Supermercados Guanabara.
Daniel CoelhoChemical Engineer · Supermercados GuanabaraRio de Janeiro (RJ)They identified the problems, raised people’s awareness and reached a 35% cut in consumption. They are extremely competent! They work respecting the company’s rules and routines. T&D’s proposal is very interesting and stands out. It is worth a look!

Frequently asked questions about water management
Does implementation require construction work or stopping the operation?
No. Implementation involves no construction work and does not interrupt the site’s routine.
Is there a cancellation penalty?
The penalty is pro rata, in proportion to the savings SEA has already generated: if there has been no result yet, the penalty is zero.
How much can be saved on the water bill?
It depends. SEA 360Âş can cut water spending by up to 70%. TDRR remote monitoring on its own delivers an average 10% reduction, by spotting leaks and faults early.
How does T&D prove the savings?
Through the international IPMVP protocol. The baseline is built from the site’s consumption history and adjusted by multivariate regression, which makes the result auditable.
What is corporate water management?
It is the continuous control of how water is consumed in an operation: metering, identifying losses and taking action to keep consumption efficient. At T&D, this control is done with telemetry and data analysis.
How does telemetry help reduce water consumption?
It transmits readings in real time, so leaks and deviations show up straight away, and not only on the following month’s bill.
How does remote monitoring work?
TDRR follows consumption in real time and raises an alert when a leak or an equipment fault appears before the bill arrives.
Which solution is right for my company?
It depends on the consumption profile and the type of operation. The initial assessment points to the most suitable combination.
Can the solutions be combined?
Yes. SEA 360Âş and TDRR, for example, are often contracted together, as a bundle.
